How to Purchase or Upgrade a Subscription

Subscription Structure

Lake Pulse subscriptions are offered on an annual basis only.

This supports continuity in monitoring, data interpretation, and lake-health management over meaningful seasonal cycles.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you deactivate your account before the renewal date.

Upgrading Mid-Year

If you upgrade mid-year (for example, from Plus to Admin):

• The unused portion of your current subscription is prorated

• The prorated amount is applied toward the upgraded tier

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated at the Basic, Plus, or Admin tier.

This reflects immediate access to platform features, data resources, and support.
