How to Contact the Boathouse

All Boathouse inquiries are submitted through Lake Pulse’s support system.


When you submit a question, it is routed through our Freshdesk ticketing system and delivered directly to the Boathouse team.


How It Works

  1. Submit your question through the Lake Pulse support interface.

  2. Your inquiry is converted into a support ticket.

  3. A Boathouse team member responds.


If a conversation would be better handled by phone, a call can be arranged after the initial contact.

There is no publicly listed direct phone number. All support begins through the ticketing system.
