If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click “Forgot password?”
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
You’ll be taken to the password reset screen.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Lake Pulse account.
Click Reset My Password.
If the email address exists in the system, you will receive a reset code by email.
If the email address does not exist, no message will be sent.
Step 3: Enter the Reset Code
Check your email for the password reset message.
Enter the code provided to continue the reset process.
Step 4: Create a New Password
When prompted, create a new password that meets the system requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
Confirm your new password to complete the process.
Once your password has been successfully reset, you can log in using your new credentials.
