What This Privacy Policy Covers

Lake Pulse operates its store and website (the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify.

6. Shopify’s Role

The Services are hosted by Shopify.

Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the Services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in other countries.


Lake Pulse also uses certain Shopify enhanced features that may incorporate data from your interactions with Lake Pulse, other merchants, and Shopify.


In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for processing personal information related to these features, including responding to certain rights requests for those purposes.


7. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms.


Lake Pulse is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party sites. If you follow third-party links, you should review their own privacy and security policies.


Information shared on public or semi-public platforms (including social networks) may be viewable by others without limitation.

The Services are not intended for children.


Lake Pulse does not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in the user’s jurisdiction.

As of the effective date of the policy, Lake Pulse does not have actual knowledge that it “shares” or “sells” personal information of individuals under 16 as defined by applicable law.
