This policy outlines how Lake Pulse processes, ships and delivers orders placed through the store.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed outside business days, processing will begin on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically ranges from 3–7 business days.


Delivery estimates are not guarantees.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

This email includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Shipping Locations

Lake Pulse currently ships to addresses within the United States.

The store does not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses


5. Delays & Issues

Lake Pulse aims to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances
