What These Terms Cover

Lake Pulse operates its website, store and related services (the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables the store to function, but all sales are made directly with Lake Pulse.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Access & Accounts

To use the Services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when requested

• Products may be discontinued at any time

• Quantities may be limited by person, region or jurisdiction

Lake Pulse does not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations beyond what is stated.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

Lake Pulse:

• May accept or decline an order at its discretion

• Must receive and process payment before accepting an order

• May be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance

If an order is declined, changed or cancelled, Lake Pulse will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by the Refund Policy.

Purchases must be for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions:

• May change without notice

• Are confirmed at the time of order placement

• May not include taxes, shipping, handling or import charges unless stated

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to ensure your payment method is valid and authorised.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lake Pulse is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs processing

• Events outside its control

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos and design — is owned by Lake Pulse, its affiliates or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

any content without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

The Services may provide access to:

These are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lake Pulse does not monitor or control them and is not responsible for third-party content, transactions or services.

8. Shopify Relationship

Although the store is powered by Shopify, all transactions occur directly between you and Lake Pulse.

Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, injuries, damages or losses arising from purchases. By using the Services, you release Shopify from such claims.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to Lake Pulse’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information is processed by Shopify and may be shared with third parties located in other countries in order to provide services.

10. Feedback

If you submit ideas, reviews or other content (“Feedback”):

• You grant Lake Pulse a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it

• Lake Pulse is not obligated to keep it confidential

• Lake Pulse is not required to compensate you

• You are responsible for ensuring your Feedback is lawful and accurate

Lake Pulse may remove Feedback that violates the Terms.

11. Errors & Corrections

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to:

• Product descriptions

• Pricing

• Promotions

• Availability

Lake Pulse reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lake Pulse is headquartered.

Lake Pulse may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
