Lake Pulse offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition you received it
Be unworn or unused
Have tags attached
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalised products
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
Return the original item
Once the return is accepted, place a new order
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
