Managing Your Profile Information

You can update your personal details at any time from your Account settings within the Lake Pulse platform.


Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to the Lake Pulse platform.

  2. Select Account from the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Open the General section to view and edit your profile information.


Updating Your Details

From the General section, you can:

  • Change your profile picture

  • Edit your first name

  • Edit your last name

  • Add or update your home address


After making changes, click Save Changes to update your profile.


Email Address

Your registered email address is displayed in your account settings.

At this time, email addresses cannot be changed directly within the platform.

If you need to update your email address, please contact Lake Pulse support.


Account Role

Your current role (for example, User) is displayed in your profile.

Role permissions are determined by your lake membership and subscription level.


Important Notes

  • Standard memberships are associated with a single lake.

  • PRO subscriptions support access to multiple lakes.

  • Profile changes take effect immediately once saved.
