Contacting support
The quickest way to reach us is through the Support Hub widget on the Lake Pulse website.
Click the chat icon in the bottom corner of the screen and select “Send us a message.” Your enquiry will automatically create a support ticket, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a reference number. You can reply to that email at any time to add more information.
